The Opportunity:

The P&C Administrator will have responsibility for providing effective and high-quality support to internal clients and team members.  This role will focus on coordinating all parts of the recruitment & on-boarding process and provide support with L&D admin.

The primary responsibility of the Product Manager:

You will have responsibility for providing effective and high-quality advice and support to internal clients.  Your main areas of responsibility will be on coordinating the recruitment and onboarding processes and Learning and Development administration to assist the team in achieving business priorities.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, or lesser formal qualifications with relevant experience in a recruitment role
  • Ability to work with HRMS and, sound skills in using Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Well developed communications skills (written and oral)
  • Advanced HR administrative skills
  • Good problem-solving skills, and demonstrates interest in process change and improvement
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities for growth and development
