The Opportunity 

As the Senior Analyst, you along with your manager will be responsible for providing services to Netwealth with regard to day to day risk and compliance activities.  This front facing role will require a person with great communication and customer service skills, combined with the ability to assess and process information quickly.  Your initiative and understanding of risk and compliance will enable you to make appropriate decisions as you go about your tasks. 

The role will involve managing the Compliance Inbox, including providing reporting to the Executive. You will be responsible for performing AML and other compliance testing.  You will drive results through identification and assessment of line 2 compliance reviews.  You will help manage issues and incidents to improve the compliance and risk management framework across the business.  There are also opportunities to provide business training, review new legislation, work on business innovation projects and maintain our suite of policies.   

In this role you will expand and develop your knowledge of Netwealth and risk and compliance, which will enable Netwealth to continually improve its frameworks. We are looking for a team player with exceptional customer service and a pragmatic and practical approach to developing risk solutions which help our business innovate and create. 

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following education and experience:

  • Risk and compliance experience (at least 1-2 years);
  • Superannuation, IDPS, Managed Account and/or investment knowledge;
  • A positive and proactive attitude and an ability to adapt to change
  • A passion for providing outstanding service to your stakeholders
